• ✔ All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or other official communication channels.
• ✔ The effective cancellation date will be considered as the date on which the written cancellation request is received by Blossom Hideaway Kausani.
• ✔ Cancellations made 30 to 15 days before the scheduled check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the total booking amount.
• ✔ Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation charge, and no refund will be applicable.

• ✔ Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• ✔ Cancellation policies may vary for special packages, festive seasons, long weekends, or group bookings. Guests are advised to verify the applicable policy at the time of booking.
• ✔ No-shows or early departures will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
• ✔ In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, or force majeure events, any changes or refunds will be considered at the sole discretion of the management.
